Unless one has experienced real pain or has a brush with it and survived one does not understand the value of the smiles.Smiles moments are like the occassional cracker bursts while rest may be dull moments with some giving pain.Pain brings you closer to the god or the loved one you worship or pray. Those who have not experienced a tear of real pain not that of Not getting things done or wishes unfulfilled BUT real pain event ,are bitter till the end even with all the pleasures .But the one like him with tear and smile both will be in perpetual bliss if he values both..

I loved this...I love Khalil Gibran..he is just..no words can describe him...

The life of clouds is a parting and a meeting.
A tear and a smile.

This is what I too ...believe in.

A great post
